The pillow can break the seal.
Earplugs work by sealing your ear. Any gap can let sound in.
When you lie on your side, your pillow can press on anything that sticks out. That pressure can tip the plug and disturb the seal.
Snoring often contains low-frequency sound, which can be harder for earplugs to reduce than some higher-frequency sounds. A disturbed seal may let even more of it through.
That’s why stronger earplugs don’t always fix it. The pillow can be the problem.
You don't have to wait for your partner.
Nasal strips, mouth guards and appointments all depend on your partner being ready to try something.
The spare room might help for a night, but it doesn't have to be the long-term plan.
Earplugs are one step you can choose for yourself.
One pair. Not pack
after pack.
Foam is about A$9 a pack. Then you buy another. And another.
Bedfellow is one reusable pair, designed with bedtime comfort in mind, with a 60-night Fit Promise.
A$9 per foam pack is illustrative; actual prices and pack sizes vary. The 60-night Fit Promise requires returning the pair and case. Terms apply.
The 60-night Fit Promise.

Questions, answered.
What size are they?
Bedfellow includes six silicone tips: two small, two medium and two large, so you can try different sizes for a more comfortable fit. Try the three included tip sizes to find a comfortable seal. The 60-night Fit Promise terms still apply.
How long is delivery?
Orders ship from overseas with free Australian delivery. Most arrive in 10–20 days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Are they electronic?
No. They're non-electronic earplugs, with no batteries to charge and no Bluetooth.
What if the snoring is really loud?
Bedfellow is designed to help reduce the sound you hear. Noise reduction and fit vary between individuals. Earplugs do not block all sound. If snoring comes with gasping or pauses in breathing, encourage your partner to speak with a GP.
Who are you?
